At The Boulder Planet Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next climb. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your climbing gear is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all tags. For safety reasons, load-bearing equipment like harnesses and carabiners cannot be returned once opened.
Request a Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the packing slip. Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets safety standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
